Beyti Kebab
At Turquoise Gourmet, our Beyti is prepared using carefully selected lamb mince, seasoned with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika, finely chopped onion and garlic, with fresh parsley added optionally. This delicious mixture is wrapped around skewers and grilled, then rolled in our special flatbread, topped with buttery tomato sauce, and served with our creamy yoghurt.
